The state of the ironing board this morning
Running out of ironing space *VBS*
And this is what they are turning into
Oooopppppss. Been so carried away by the crumbs that the red and white hearts quilt is still waiting to be basted *sigh*.
These were irresistable yesterday.
Gorgeous, beautiful, beautiful sunshine here at long last.
Do you remember when I mentioned the Grues flying south back in October? Well, the day before yesterday I heard and saw the first lot going back north to Holland. Bit early don’t you think, considering I mentioned the same thing way back in March last year. Global warming perhaps?

Oh, I love how your crumbs are coming together! In addition to the color and the fun, it’s like making something out of nothing — very magical and satisfying. But you need a bigger ironing board!

sometimes you just have to have fun sewing and not worry about what a block is going to end up looking like. so thrilled you have sun there too – it’s marvelous.

We too have glorious sunshine and lovely mild temperatures with the possibility of it lasting until possibly midweek – wonderful!!!

Looking good. It’s going to be beautiful. I love color.
I hope those cranes indicate spring will come sooner than later. I’m anxious for warmer weather.

Your blocks look great! The cranes flew back to Holland because I asked them to. I hope to take a picture tomorrow from the field they have landed! We have 15 degrees today, wonderful, feels like Springtime! I’ve seen crocus(ses?) today, white, lila and purple ones. The yellow are always the last to pop up. Jippee!

Lovely blocks. And if it is a sign of spring, it can’t come too soon. We went from 30F here today to the current temp of 14F and dropping. They say tomorrow’s high is going to be -1 F. Spring, where the heck are you?!?
